The Ageless Wisdom Teaching emphasizes that invoking light brings renewal but also exposes hidden aspects of the personality. This process is challenging yet necessary for personal growth and purification. The theme of renewal is tied to the end of the year, symbolizing shedding old patterns and preparing for a new life.

This meditation series is based on Chapter 13, “Teachings of Christ, Volume 1” by Torkom Saraydarian, titled ‘Eight Energies of Christ’. In each session Gita  progressively guides the meditation, going deeper with each iteration.
