Dear Friends and Coworkers,
On November 1st, we celebrated the 107th anniversary of Torkom’s birth and TSG Foundation’s 37th anniversary. You, our TSG family and friends, have helped make possible all that we have accomplished. Who could have imagined that we would have a thriving Center for Spiritual Development from which Torkom’s legacy and teaching spread across the globe! Thank you for joining me in the vision of supporting and protecting Torkom’s legacy into the distant future.
Time has seemed to speed by and we are almost at the end of the year, looking forward to holidays with family and friends and some time off to ponder on our place in humanity.
The purpose of spiritual groups and religious groups is to speak to the soul of humanity; to nurture and grow the soul of humanity. Our human soul has a triple quality of Truth, Love, and Divine Direction. Our soul, when opened, listened to, and trusted, will see Truth, express Love-empathy and compassion, and always know what choices to make in order to stay on the course of Divine Direction. This is what we are learning and doing together.
These choices are not always easy and simple to discern, find, and follow. The kind of choices we make depend entirely on the level of soul consciousness we embody and how much our soul consciousness informs and directs our daily life.
As practicing disciples of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings, it is our purpose to live the Teaching and to spread the spiritual principles that inform our lives by doing the following:
- Teach the Ageless Wisdom Teachings.
- Keep our direction clear through the Teachings of Torkom Saraydarian.
- Keep in circulation all of our books, music, guidelines, course studies.
- Take full responsibility in spreading these Teachings as far and wide as we can.
- Develop a sustainable future for the TSG Foundation.
Having these ideas in my mind, I realized that a sustainable publishing – teaching – distribution business was needed. Returning home from Torkom’s birthday celebration at the end of October 1987, I made the decision that changed my life forever. I started to plan on November 1st, the actual day of Torkom’s birthday, and I worked the entire month to finalize all the required permits to start a publishing company. In December, I drove to Sedona and met with Torkom and filled the trunk of my car with unpublished manuscripts. I chose Cosmic Shocks to be the first book we published!
In the following year, we became a nonprofit organization. Years later, we acquired the designation of a church. Our new building is now completed; we have moved into the new space and began giving classes, seminars, and lectures. We have published 110 books, 31 booklets, and 18 music albums, making 159 individual products we offer, plus both published and unpublished musical compositions, and hundreds of lectures on video and audio! Remaining are two unpublished books that are in production now as well as the continuing work of digitizing and updating hundreds of Torkom’s lectures on audio and video. Our books are now being shipped all over the world. Our TSG Spiritual University is supporting students studying the Teaching. People are finding us and using our books for their study and upliftment.
We, as one of the spiritual groups of humanity, have a very serious task to perform. Together, we are an integral part of the progress of the soul of humanity.
For this, your participation and continued support is essential and needed.
Our new Center is beautiful and requires continuous upkeep to maintain its integrity and beauty.
Our staff is growing, and we need to ensure they are paid fairly and supported.
Our outreach is expanding through social media and our website.
Our presence is now visible from anywhere in the world.
We need to keep growing and expanding and becoming an integral part of the spiritual upliftment of humanity. Spiritual food is so sorely needed now. The world is in turmoil. We must do our part. Our books and music and lectures are a beacon of hope.
With your continued financial donations and participation at our events, we can keep moving into the far distant future. Perhaps one day, our children and grandchildren will celebrate Torkom’s 207th birthday and TSG’s 137th! Perhaps we ourselves will be back to enjoy these celebrations.
It is all up to us. Your love, support, donations, books and music purchases mean we can meet the needs of humanity and be part of the vanguard of a soul-empowered planet.
