5-Lesson Course
Designed for beginners and those who wish to refresh or strengthen their meditation practice, this course provides a structured, step-by-step introduction to Seed Thought Meditation. You will learn to develop analytical thinking by exploring both tangible and intangible concepts from multiple perspectives, fostering greater awareness, insight, and spiritual understanding.
Each lesson includes assigned readings from the companion text and course compilation, along with a Seed Thought for contemplation and meditation. The lessons begin with familiar, tangible subjects and gradually progress to more abstract and intangible concepts, allowing your meditation practice to deepen naturally.
After completing each lesson, you will submit your responses to the online lesson questions. A dedicated mentor will review your work and provide personalized feedback through the TSG Spiritual University portal, supporting your progress throughout the course.
