Working on the Aug 2025 AD e-bulletin.
We're iterating on the process of separating copy/editorial work from MailChimp work. The process is not Jello yet, but the sheet makes it easier for Kelly and me to keep everything straight.
By aligning with the Marketing calendar, we can comfortably plan for featured books, sales, etc. This should enable us to make passes and build an inventory of bulletins that can be assembled just-in-time from inventoried content and current news.
As we progress, we'll align messaging with the member platform, social media, and the bulletin. Other channels will be easy to build because we have coherent sources to work from.
