Each session consists of reading, discussion, and guided meditation with Gita Saraydarian.\n\nThe public is invited to participate each month for a group discussion, Q/A, and guided meditation.\nWe ask that you read the suggested chapter for each month’s session and bring a copy of the book with you to class.\nWe will read, discuss, and share insights on the current topic.\nEveryone is welcome to attend, listen, ask questions and do the group meditation.
